A Journaling Space

“All the noise in my brain.
I clamp it to the page so it will be still.”

— Barbara Kingsolver

Why
Freewriting helps access the subconscious mind, paving the way for mindful clarity and understanding. A cathartic release, journaling also allows for progress tracking.
WHERE
Whether you prefer Google Docs, a journaling app, or a beautiful physical journal, keep all your writing in one place. Get into the habit of dating your entries so you can keep track.
WHEN
Create a journaling routine, be it daily or weekly. Some find it helpful to start the day mindfully with a journal entry while others find bedtime writing helpful in processing their day.
WHICH FORMAT
While freewriting is effective, you can switch around formats to express yourself different ways, including bullet lists, dream journaling, drawing, or using AI to draw digitally.

In this space you can:

1.

Access lists of journaling prompts categorized by topic.

2.

Generate journaling prompts and use our timers & background sounds to aid in journaling

3.

Find helpful journaling aids

4.

Share a piece of writing with site members, and read entries that others have shared
